New Business

The following changes were made during the 2025 Department Convention:

• Merry go Round –
  • Ride Rules, Registration & Reporting:
    • Points will be assessed by the number of miles, hours, and donations by any ALR member. There will be no minimum number of riders, supporters, or future riders to qualify for a sanctioned ride either on a bike or in a cage.
  • Want to Earn Extra Points?
    •  Must be at least 3 Chapters within your District Participating. Each ALR Chapter must have at least One (1) ALR member whether a Rider, Supporter or Future Rider on the Unity Ride.
    • Must visit a minimum of 3 American Legion Posts ONLY
    • The ALR District Chairman must have knowledge of the Unity Ride
    • The District Chair is the sole person designated and responsible for submitting the Unity Ride information online. This helps to maintain consistency and avoids potential duplicate or conflicting submissions.
