Program Book

The American Legion Department of Florida will be hosting its 105^TH Annual Department Convention June 13-16, 2024, at the Hilton Orlando in Lake Buena Vista. A commemorative Program Book will be distributed in registration packets to more than one thousand registered Delegates and Alternates.

Please consider purchasing an advertisement in the 2023-2024 Program Book. This opportunity is available to both members and non-members. However, members of The American Legion Family (Family Members, Posts, Units, Squadrons, and Chapters) may take advantage of special discounted pricing! This is your chance to:

There are three advertisement layouts to choose from: full page, half page, or quarter page.

Program advertisements must be submitted no later than May 15, 2024 to be included in the program. Please submit your advertisement artwork via email in one of the following image file types: .ai, .eps, .psd, .pdf, .tif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png. All artwork must be digital: no scanned or printed artwork will be accepted. All advertisements are printed in grayscale. All imagery must be legally licensed. Need help designing your advertisement? Legion Family members ONLY, may pay an additional $25 custom design fee and we will professionally design your advertisement for you. Please email artwork to events@floridalegion.org.
