The American Legion Department of Florida will be hosting its 100th Annual Statewide Convention July 5-8, 2018 at the Orlando World Center Marriott, 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821. Approximately 3,000 American Legion members will be in attendance to include spouses and family members. Also in attendance, will be several hundred members of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion is a non-profit veteran based organization and, as such, is primarily funded through member dues and donations. Your sponsorships are vital to the success of our events and are highly sought after due to the largely diverse group of consumers and business owners that attend. Below is a description of the sponsorship levels we offer:
* A minimum of one (1) door prize/raffle item above is required. “Major” door prize examples include flat-panel televisions, weekend getaways, and other high-ticket consumer items. “Standard” door prize examples include gift/gas cards, gift certificates, major discounts on products, and other consumer goods. All advertisements will appear in the event program book and will be distributed to each attendee. Donations in any amount are always appreciated.
Vendors will be present Thursday, July 5th, Friday, July 6th and Saturday, July 7th. Each level will receive a 8’ skirted table with 2 chairs. Additional chairs can be provided upon request. Electrical outlets are not guaranteed. Please send program advertisements to the Event Coordinator via email at email@example.com. Advertisements must be submitted no later than May 15th, 2018 to be included in the program. You may submit your advertisements in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or PDF. A detailed vendor packet will follow the submission of your application.
The American Legion appreciates your support of our veterans that have served and continue to serve our great country. We extend our ever-lasting gratitude to our men and women in uniform.
