The American Legion Department of Florida will be hosting it’s 104th Annual Statewide Convention June 15-18, 2023 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, 1751 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Approximately 3,000 American Legion members will be in attendance including spouses and family members. Also in attendance, will be several hundred members of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion is a non-profit veteran-based organization and, as such, is primarily funded through member dues and donations. Our vendors are vital to the success of our events.
Other sponsorship opportunities are also available: Kick-Off ($1000), Service Officer School Day 1 ($800), Service Officer School Day 2 ($800), and Installation Reception ($600). These “other” opportunities do not include exhibit space but do include a half-page advertisement, medium banner, and logo on printed materials.
Vendors will be present Thursday, June 15th, Friday, June 16th, and Saturday, June 17th. Each vendor will receive a 6’ skirted table with 2 chairs. Additional chairs can be provided upon request. Electrical outlets are not guaranteed.
An advertisement in our Program book is also included in your vendor registration. Please send program advertisements to the Event Coordinator via email at events@floridalegion.org. Advertisements must be submitted no later than May 14, 2023 to be included in the program. No advertisements can be accepted after the deadline. A detailed vendor packet will follow the submission of your application.
