The American Legion Department of Florida is proud to host its annual Fall Conference from November 21–23, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Orlando. Welcoming over 1,000 attendees—including members of The American Legion, Auxiliary, and Sons of The American Legion—this event is a unique opportunity to connect with a dynamic and patriotic community. As a nonprofit veteran-based organization, we rely on the generous support of sponsors, exhibitors, and donors to make our events successful. If your business shares our values and serves those who have served our nation, we invite you to become an Exhibitor at this year’s conference.

We have three sponsorship levels to choose from, and other opportunities may also be available. Please contact us to inquire.

Exhibitor Hours

• Setup: Thursday, November 20th after 4:00 p.m. (or Friday, from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
• Exhibition Times:
  • Friday, November 21st, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 22nd, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Breakdown: Saturday, November 22nd, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Inclusions

• 10′ x 10′ Space
  • If you need additional space, please contact us (an additional fee required).
• One 6′ skirted table
• Two chairs

À la carte Services

• Additional Table: $25 (must fit space)
• Wi-Fi: Basic Wireless Internet: FREE
  Premium High-Speed Internet: Must be purchased through the hotel. An order form will be provided to you once approved.
• Power: Power outlets are not guaranteed. If you need power, please select it on your registration form and we will do our best to accommodate. Please bring your own power strips or extension cords if necessary. For special power requirements, please contact Encore to obtain a quote at sales.caribe@encoreglobal.com.
