Post Elections

It is uncertain when we will be able to resume normal business. Therefore, posts should be researching alternative ways to hold Post elections.

Many Posts have not incorporated crisis situations into their Constitution and By-Laws, and may be required to suspend their Constitution and By-Laws for purposes of holding elections.

Your Department Judge Advocate and Assistant Judge Advocates are working on a standardized method for conducting elections, which they will send out soon.
