New Issues

The Go Live for has not gone as expected and many of you are experiencing issues with not being able to log in or not seeing “myGroups” once you are able to log in.  Department is having similar issues with access privileges for processing membership renewals and transfers.  We have also heard of some issues related to members renewals not carrying over to the new system.  We are working to resolve all of these issue with National and will provide updates as they become available.
