Gumbo Cook-off Benefitting Hope 4 Veterans
Join us as we raise funds for Hope4Veterans as chefs battle for the title of “Best Gumbo” with live music on the outdoor stage from 12-8pm.
Gumbo tasting is from 1-4pm (or until it lasts). Awards are from 4-5pm. Best gumbo, people’s choice, judge’s choice, and showmanship!
$15 Donation to taste & vote. $10 for Active Duty Military & Veterans. Kids 10 and under are free.
Think you have the best gumbo around? You can register to be a cook! The application is posted within the event or can be picked up at Post 250. Please ask for the canteen manager! You can also find it at https://phinsjax.org/GumboCookOff.html
