District Commander’s New Post Achievement Award
May 5, 2027
District Commanders who create a new American Legion post in their respective Districts and have the new posts’ temporary charter application on file at National Headquarters by May 5, 2027, will receive a framed certificate. Department will certify eligible District Commanders to National.
