Fundraising Opportunities
The American Legion, Department of Florida has three fundraising opportunities that your Post can participate in. We have established partnerships with companies, and the Posts are able to reap the benefits.
Holiday Raffle: There will be 31 WINNERS selected during the month of December. Tickets will be available at participating Posts only through October 31, 2023. On November 1st, Department will allow participants to join using an online form on the Department's website. Posts can still receive credit for online submissions by encouraging them to fill in the Post number when completing the form. Interested Posts will receive tickets, and marketing materials in early August.
Online 50/50 Raffle: Starting mid-July, Department will host a regular online 50/50 Raffle draw. Posts can receive a percentage of funds generated from entries using a unique weblink and QR code.
Post Online Donation Form: Our partner, Classy, is offering a heavily discounted rate to use the same fundraising platform as Department. This will allow the Post to collect credit card donations or payments and can also use for fundraising events. There will be a team of experts who will help you get set up.
