The Sons of The American Legion, Detachment of Florida has partnered with the US Department of Homeland Security and is a coalition member to promote Preparedness. Throughout the Year we will be posting information to help you get better prepared for the various types of disaster that can affect us.
We need your help to get the word out so we have posted the
Resolve Preparedness Tool Kit
to
give you ideas on how to host preparedness activities locally. Please take a
look to see what your Squadrons, Posts and Units can do to promote a Culture of
Preparedness.
Let us know if you will be hosting an event so we can promote it on our Detachment Calendar.
