Contest Dates
I. Post Level:
Dates vary depending on each post. All Post contests must occur between December 1, 2023 – January 21, 2024.
II. District Level:
All District contests must occur between January 22 – February 10, 2024. Your post Oratorical Chairman will know when the District contest dates are.
III. Area Level:
All Area contests must occur between February 11 – March 9, 2024. The exact dates and locations will be posted January 2022.
IV. State Level:
The State contest will occur on March 30, 2024 at The American Legion, Department of Florida, 1912A Lee Road; Orlando, FL 32810. Contest will start at 9:00 AM.
V. National Level:
The 2023 National Finals are on May 17-19, 2024.
